Investment Priorities
#1 - Coaching
PCB is commited to attracting, developing and retaining high quality coaches. Fundraising is critical to achieve these objectives by providing sufficient funds for paid coaches at PCHS and the older Avalanche teams.
#2 - Player Development
Player development is focused on PITCHING, HITTING, and DEFENSE.
#3 - Equiplement & Facilities
PCB ensures teams have appropriate current equipment. PCB also invests in SHORT and LONG-TERM facilities needed to improve access to year-round training facilities.
